dùndú ís incredible gluten free Nigerian food in the heart of Manhattan that can't be missed. They have all the Nigerian staples like jollof, stew, efo riro, peppered grilled chicken, and moinmoin. Delivery and takeout options are both available for convenience. We absolutely devoured the goat stew and the jollof rice! We can't wait to return to NYC and have this meal again. If we lived in the city, we'd be here frequently.

Kimbap Lab is a must try! They have locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and are also available for pickup and delivery. The Korean kimbap rolls are all so tasty and well seasoned. The bulgogi beef kimbap is a classic and can't be missed. We also loved the spicy chicken bowl and the pork triangle kimbap.

Nami Nori is an upscale temaki/hand roll restaurant with locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The rolls can be eaten at the restaurant, while takeout and delivery are also available. The takeout/delivery option involved a lot of compostable plastic that has to be carefully unwrapped, but the quality of the fish is just as good as eating in. Standout temaki options we tried were the spicy lobster, crispy fish, spicy tuna, and salmon cucumber. For non-fish options, we loved the potato salad and the Japanese fried chicken.

Senza Gluten has both a restaurant and a bakery in Manhattan. This location is their gluten free Italian bakery and it's a must try when stopping by in NYC. The bakery menu includes bombolini (think donuts), cinnamon rolls, and eclairs! They also make whole cakes, loaves of bread, muffins, and scones. If you live locally, they have some frozen products you can take home and bake at home too. On the safety side, they do not use oats and publish all ingredients on their site. They have takeout, delivery (local and national in the US).

Senza Gluten's restaurant location will make all of your gluten free Italian dreams come true! They have all the classics you've been missing like calamari and bruschetta for antipasti (appetizers) and penne, lasagna, gnocchi, and ravioli for primi (main course). If you're like us and haven't had gluten free Italian food before, you'll order a bunch of things and try a bit of everything! Everything was amazing we can't wait to come back here when we visit again. On the safety side, they do not use oats at all. Senza Gluten offers dine-in, takeout, and delivery.

This gluten free bakery gives us everything we want and more. There are endless sweet treats from cakes, to pies, to cookies, and bars (think a brownie meets a cookie). The cinnamon roll, smores bar, and funfetti cookies were some of our favorites! They offer takeout and delivery (local to NYC, as well shipping across the US).

The Beer Garage is a bar for us celiacs! They have awesome bar food like calamari and mozzarella sticks, as well as a great selection of gluten free drinks and gluten free pizza. They do have some gluten beer, but it's easy to avoid and there's no risk of gluten in the kitchen where the food is prepared. They offer takeout and delivery local to NYC.

Wild is the sister restaurant to The Beer Garage. They have so many amazing gluten free options on their huge menu! It is a dream to have so many gluten free pizza and pasta options to choose from. We loved their burger and their Mediterranean pizza. They offer takeout and delivery local to NYC.
