In Hervás, A fuego lento comes up often in diner reviews. What stands out in reviews of the space: a covered patio, a covered terrace and a low-key quiet. Guests flag the practicalities too: reservations recommended, a dinner rush and staff who check in. There is more than the menu: reviewers bring up ice cream, dishes made on site and desserts.
