AlpiNN perches high on Plan de Corones, where floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a full panorama of the Dolomites and the valley below, making the room feel suspended above the mountains. The modern interior, with its open kitchen and natural materials, blends effortlessly into the landscape, and on clear days, paragliders drift past the glass. Guests arrive by cableway, often on skis, and find an elegant yet relaxed setting where they can settle into comfortable seating and take in the view.
