Blue Cow Ice Cream Co. sits in the Cape Henry Plaza on Shore Drive, a small shop with a warm, modern build-out and a relaxed beach vibe. The scent of fresh waffle cones fills the room as you browse a case stocked with classics and rotating seasonal flavors, and the line moves quickly even when it reaches the door. Gluten free versions of the ice cream are available, and the shop also offers a flight of four scoops for sampling and pints to take home. Regulars come back for the homemade taste and the creative combinations they have never had a flavor they didn’t like.
