The wait staff knew about Celiac's and gluten allergies and there's a separate GF menu. Beware the double star caution message on the bottom because those items are not truly GF for Celiac's. Knocked off a star from my rating because the food was not good. Dry brisket and burger, boooo. 5/5 for the Celiac friendly 2/5 for the food
