Carson's Cookie Co. turns up at farmers markets across San Diego, and the cookie dough is also sold frozen at Seaside Market in Cardiff and other grocery spots in Encinitas and Del Mar. The cookies themselves arrive huge, with a caramel topper on some flavors and a passionfruit caramel drizzle on the dark chocolate version, and the packaging is secure enough for shipping to Colorado. Gluten free versions of the cookies and the birthday cake flavor are available. The kitchen bakes from scratch and the flavors rotate regularly.
