Reviewers return to Chop Steakhouse & Bar often enough to fill a page. The setting gets its own mentions: outdoor heaters, a roomy feel and patio seating. The practical picture from reviews: a menu that shifts through the year, a happy hour menu and staff happy to help. Beyond the food, diners mention ice cream on the menu, a cocktail list and the coffee.
