Destination Soups Inc sits on Union Street across from the rock climbing place, a low-key spot with a small, busy dining room where tables hold bud vases with flowers and desserts wait at the counter. Regulars are greeted by name, and a wall board lets diners buy a meal for someone in need. The room stays bustling on Thursday evenings, the one night it stays open later, yet service moves quickly without ever feeling rushed.
