Fluffy Bakery sits near the Alberta Legislature Grounds with a view of the river valley, its mix style seating and contemporary wall decor giving the room the feel of a warm, small batch dining room. Gluten free versions of the cake and tiramisu are available here. The self serve water cart sits left of the counter, and the washroom is among the nicest to be found in an Edmonton café.
Diners mention gluten-free cake and tiramisu.
