Hola Arepas PV brings Venezuelan cooking to a quiet residential street in the Versalles neighborhood, where a few sidewalk tables let diners watch neighborhood life drift by. The chef and owner greets guests personally, explaining the menu while complimentary soup arrives, and friends of the house wave as they pass.
