Keeping You Sweet is a small kiosk beside the Willowbrook Mall food court where the room is the counter, lined with artful cupcakes, brownies, and mini cheesecakes that guests often discover while waiting for their kids or happening upon it on the way to lunch. The owner and staff are known for taking their time to chat and explain each option, and for adjusting orders to feed a party of twenty. Diners love the soft, moist texture of the cupcakes and note that gluten free versions of the cupcake and cake are available here. The brownies have a brittle surface with a soft center, and a banana cake special order was called the best one a diner had ever had.
