KOKA RICE FLOUR TAIYAKI MUGEN DAI KYOTO SHIJO is a charming little shop found at the end of a quaint alley near Shijo subway station, marked by a small sign on the street. The space is warm and inviting, with fresh taiyaki pressed in detailed moulds so they come out looking just like the real thing. Staff are kind and welcoming, even encouraging guests trying out their minimal Japanese, and the takeaway bags include reheating instructions for enjoying them later.
