Kupfert & Kim sits inside the Brookfield Place PATH, a bright and clean spot in the underground walkway where commuters stop in on their way to work. The room has plenty of seating, and the staff, often remembered by name like Liz, Mariana, and Lisse, greet regulars warmly and keep the line moving quickly. Diners order from a menu that changes with the seasons, picking up grab and go boxes or settling in for a relaxed breakfast before the day starts.
