Mellow Mushroom Fayetteville is well documented in diner reviews. What stands out in reviews of the space: a fun atmosphere and an unhurried pace. The practical picture from reviews: food that lands fast, groups marking occasions and a dinner rush. The gluten free versions diners keep mentioning: pizza.
