Nuburger sits inside The Forks Market, a lively Winnipeg gathering spot that mixes tourist shops with a beer hall and dining area popular with locals. The room can be busy and loud, so seasoned diners grab their food and head to the edges or the next eating area for a quieter seat. Ordering runs through a text notification system, and diners mention the fun, energetic vibe of the market makes it a natural stop for a meal.
