PANCAKE & books bibliothèque sits on the fourth floor of the Namba Parks Carnival mall in Osaka, in a high ceilinged corner with warm lighting and a minimalist feel. Diners order from their phones via a QR code and pick from indoor high tables or a breezy terrace with outdoor seating. Gluten free versions of the pancakes are available. The room feels easy going on weekday late mornings, when only a few tables are filled and the vibe is chill.
Diners mention gluten-free pancakes.
