Ended up getting the Colombiano, which is their Colombian-style Cuban sandwich. I haven’t had a cubano sandwich since diagnosis, and it absolutely hit the spot! Parche is a cute little spot near downtown Oakland, and it was fantastic!

Dedicated gluten free Colombian food! An absolute celiac dream to have here in the Bay Area. They used to be only dine in, but they do takeout now for lunch and you can order off anything on the lunch menu. Definitely check out this gem in Oakland!
