Pi Co. Pizza Bar Newmarket is a bright, clean build-your-own pizza spot where diners line up to pick their own toppings before the pie goes into a super hot oven. The room is simple and tidy, with metal stools and a digital display showing the short menu, and the staff are consistently described as friendly and happy to guide first timers through the process. Gluten free versions of the pizza are available. Regulars from other Pi Co. locations say the Newmarket outpost matches what they already loved, with fresh ingredients and a quick, efficient visit.
Diners mention gluten-free pizza.
