PINGS in Luton pairs a busy counter with display windows full of colorful celebration cakes that catch the eye on the way in. The room is clean and compact, with fresh buns and pastries on show alongside sushi made to order. Diners describe a friendly, welcoming team that takes custom cake requests seriously, from wedding tiers to themed birthday designs, and the handoff is quick whether you order in person or for delivery. Gluten free versions of the cake are available.
