The diner record on Prospect at Scribner's is a long one. Diners writing about the room mention a view at sunset, an upstairs room and a view of the mountains. Practical notes from diners: a short menu, a welcome for dogs and a menu that changes. Gluten free versions of the salads come up in review after review.
Diners mention gluten-free salads.
