What diners report about Rising Cafe has piled up over time. Reports on the room itself mention an unhurried pace and a welcoming feel. Reviewers also note a line people say pays off, breakfast regulars and a peak-hour rush. Beyond the food, diners mention food made in house and the coffee menu.
