Only the sauce (kept separately) has gluten. They'll give you Tamari in its place upon request. Chicken rice and habanero/chili sauces are all gluten free, as is the broth! Definitely recommend this or any of their locations across SF. My favorite is the one on 2nd, it has the best chicken
