What we've seen

Public reviews and restaurant replies · not verified

Diner reports from Midleton mention Salinas Bistro again and again. The setting gets its own mentions: an unhurried pace and a warm welcome. Reviewers also note owners in the kitchen, somewhere to stop quickly and delivery. There is more than the menu: reviewers bring up food made in house and a cocktail list.
