Simple Sugars sits in Ruidoso and turns up often in diner write-ups. Visitors bring up board games to borrow, local art on the walls and a relaxed pace. Diners planning ahead mention a grab-and-go counter, plenty of choice and welcoming staff. There is more than the menu: reviewers bring up a juice and smoothie menu, ice cream on the menu and good coffee.
