Star Noodle keeps showing up in diner reports. The setting gets its own mentions: a view at sunset, an unhurried pace and a warm welcome. By diner account, expect a generous hand with toppings, staff happy to help and booking ahead. Reviews mention drinks without alcohol, ice cream and cocktails as part of the draw.
