Reviewers in Palmer return to Steaming Tender Restaurant regularly. What stands out in reviews of the space: retro decor, a relaxed pace and a cozy feel. Practical notes from diners: groups marking occasions, a packed room at peak times and a dinner crowd. Also on offer, by diner account: cooking done in house, a cocktail list and sweets to finish.
