The After School Cookie Club sits inside the tunnel section of Borough Yards, on the quieter side of London Bridge, where a display of freshly baked cookies and a banging playlist draw people in from the maze of the development. Diners order from a wide selection of flavors, like the rich and chewy peanut choc-caramel, and can build a Cookie Monster combo with cookie dough, a cookie, and soft serve ice cream topped with chocolate sauce and nuts. Gluten free versions of the cookies and the ice cream are available. The desserts come out looking gorgeous, with real care taken over presentation, and the staff are known for patiently walking first-timers through all the choices.
