The Frying Machine, a fish and chip shop in Walsall, operates from a small shop with no seating inside, where customers order at the counter and wait while their food is cooked fresh to order. The room is clean and modern, and the small space still allows plenty of room to move around. The friendly staff are often seen smiling even when the shop is busy, and the owner is usually there cooking as well. Gluten free versions of the fish and chips and the curry are available here.
