Diner reports from Cheltenham mention The Old Bakery Tea Room again and again. Reports on the room itself mention a warm welcome. Reviewers also note limited seating, a reserve-ahead habit among regulars and servings on the generous side. Gluten free versions of the scones come up in review after review.
Diners mention gluten-free scones.
