Tina's Dumplings is a very small shop in Upper Hutt's CBD where diners can sit at a couple of tables, grab a takeaway, or buy generously sized bags of frozen dumplings to cook at home. Handmade on the premises, the dumplings come in a wide range of flavors, with gluten free versions of the dumplings available. The room is simple, resembling a school tuck shop, but the cheerful service from Tina keeps locals coming back.
