Veganwaf is a small, counter-service waffle stand tucked inside the Agora shopping gallery, just a few steps off Brussels' Grand Place. You order at the counter, watch your Liege waffle pressed fresh in the iron before you, and pick your own toppings from a case of sauces, creams, and fruits, with a few tables set aside for those eating in. The space is compact and mostly takeout, but the owner runs the place with warmth, and gluten free versions of the waffles are available here. From the table near the window, you can see the ornate facades of the main square through the glass of the arcade.
