YUMMY Benalmádema is a cheerful ice cream shop and café a short drive from Torremolinos, where the freezer cases run along the counter and the staff, including Jesus and Sofia, greet regulars by name. Diners came back night after night during their holidays for the mango and strawberry, made to taste like fresh fruit, and for the Kinder Bueno and mousse chocolate scoops, with even the smallest size piled well over the rim of the cup. The pistachio cheesecake is a favorite dessert, and gluten free versions of the ice cream and the cake are available.
