The staff here is knowledgeable and understanding of gluten free/Celiac. Our server double checked with the kitchen for both me and my partner and was very helpful! The ceviche and many of the rice dishes can be made gluten free. Really great food and beautiful restaurant! Don't forget to have one of their great cocktails!
