Ask the staff about which flavors are gluten free, they are knowledgeable and really nice! They will go in the back and scoop you ice cream from a new bin, so there's no cross contamination. Definitely Celiac's friendly! Many of the rotating flavors aren't gluten free, but enough of the core flavors are, so there's enough options.
